Are you detail-oriented and looking for a short-term opportunity in accounting, finance, or the insurance industry? We're seeking a temporary Accounting Specialist to provide 3 months of coverage while our client's team member is on leave! This role plays a vital part in ensuring financial accuracy and quality control for our insurance operations!
Pay Rate : $22.50 / hr
What You'll Do :
- Process and reconcile insurance carrier commission revenue and premium payment adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Verify financial transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Research and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, including insurance carriers and general agents.
- Maintain and update department procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
