Nesco Resource is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our client's office in Wyalusing, PA. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at multitasking, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do :
- Greet office visitors and handle incoming calls professionally
- Prepare memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other business correspondence
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Accurately input data into company records and databases
- Sort and distribute mail and communications
- Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive company documents
- Collaborate with management and employees to support daily office needs
- Assist with additional administrative duties as needed
What We're Looking For :
Pay : $15.00 per hour
Monday thru Friday
