Bilingual Greeter

Nesco Resource is looking for a Bilingual Greeter located in Danbury, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right person.

Shift: PT and/or FT, shift can vary

Pay: $15.69/hr to start

Position Overview: Seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Bilingual Greeter fluent in English and Spanish. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our diverse visitors and providing them with clear directions and assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and Assist Visitors: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide directions.
• Ensure Smooth Communication: Use bilingual skills to assist non-English-speaking visitors.
• Manage Inquiries: Respond to visitor questions in person, by phone, or via email.
• Maintain Reception Area: Keep the lobby organized and welcoming.
• Support Security Protocols: Help visitors with sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Professional and Friendly: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
