Nesco Resource is working with their client in the Waterbury area for a contract to perm opportunity as a CAD drafter.
Seeking a CAD Drafter who is responsible for providing routine drafting support to our Engineering Team on various connector and cable assembly drawings, layouts and sketches. The ideal candidate will utilize established techniques, standards and Autodesk software tools to prepare drawing updates that meet customer performance requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Modifies or refines drawings to conform to design specifications, production limitation, functionality, cost effectiveness or changes in design.
- Coordinates and consults with Engineers or Engineering Manager to complete projects.
- Maintains drafting standards.
- Performs other related mark-ups on drawings and projects as needed, at the direction of the Engineering Manager.
