Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with civil, landscape, and surveying teams to deliver cohesive and comprehensive project solutions.
- Quality Control: Perform quality reviews to ensure project accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
- Construction Oversight: Conduct site visits for construction observations and special inspections.
- Task Management: Prioritize workloads and manage tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Technical Design: Develop structural designs for wood, masonry, steel, and concrete structures using industry-standard software.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license in Oklahoma or eligibility by comity.
- Experience: Proficiency in structural design across various materials and building systems.
- Software Skills: Expertise in structural design software such as RISA, ETABS, and REVIT.
- Communication Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
