Nesco Resource has partnered with a growing security company seeking a Collections Specialist to join their Customer Experience team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients requiring white-glove customer service. You will be tasked with resolving billing issues, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring financial accuracy with a focus on premium service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage high-value customer accounts , address billing concerns, and process payments
- Make payment reminder calls and assist in bringing delinquent accounts current
- Analyze payment information and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism , confidentiality , and efficiency
- Provide white-glove service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional care
What You Bring :
2 years of collections or call center customer service experience
Strong computer proficiency , including Microsoft Suite
