This individual will also work closely with the HR Director and team on additional HR duties such as assisting with on-boarding, benefits, analysis, etc. Great opportunity for a payroll specialist to gain exposure to other human resource aspects and grow.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Process weekly payroll using ADP, UltiPro, Paycom, or other payroll systems.
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Update payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
**Requirements:**
- 4 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
