Job Description

The Director of Accounting will lead assurance and tax engagements for construction clients, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time. This role involves serving as the primary relationship manager, understanding and addressing the unique needs of construction clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assurance and tax engagements for construction clients
• Manage relationships with key clients
• Mentor and develop a team of staff
• Support firm-wide initiatives to strengthen our position in the construction sector

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• CPA licensure (required)
• 10 years of public accounting experience, ideally with a focus on the construction industry
