Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (required)
- Licensure: CPA licensure (required)
- Experience: 10 years of public accounting experience, ideally with a focus on the construction industry
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in US GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with ProSystem fx Engagement and CCH Tax is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead assurance and tax engagements for construction clients, from planning to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time
- Serve as the primary relationship manager, understanding and addressing the unique needs of construction clients
- Mentor and develop a team of staff, helping them grow professionally while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
- Support firm-wide initiatives, including business development, marketing, and outreach to strengthen our position in the construction sector
