We are seeking a Fiberglass Operator/Laminator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role requires precision, physical endurance, and the ability to work in an environment where protective gear is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
$14.00 - $20.00/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a fiberglass chop gun to apply fiberglass materials with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform lamination duties, ensuring proper application and finishing
- Work while wearing a protective suit and other protective gear as required
- Tolerate strong chemical odors associated with fiberglass production
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Handle and maneuver fiberglass materials, lifting, positioning, and securing them as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior fiberglass manufacturing experience is required
- Must be physically capable of standing, bending, and stooping for an entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and strong chemical odors
- Willingness to wear full protective gear, including a hazmat suit for extended periods
