Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a key contributor in our manufacturing operations, focusing on optimizing processes, ensuring quality control, and promoting best manufacturing practices. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in manufacturing principles, technical drafting skills, and a strong desire to be part of a successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Apply best manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Utilize technical drafting skills for design and documentation.
• Work directly under the guidance of the Director of Manufacturing.
• Conduct analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
• Working knowledge of quality control processes.
• Familiarity with best manufacturing practices.
• Proficient in technical drafting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong desire to be part of a successful and collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
• Experience with process optimization.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
