Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Apply best manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Utilize technical drafting skills for design and documentation.
- Work directly under the guidance of the Director of Manufacturing.
- Conduct analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Working knowledge of quality control processes.
- Familiarity with best manufacturing practices.
- Proficient in technical drafting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong desire to be part of a successful and collaborative team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and growing company.
- 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
- Experience with process optimization.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
