Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to the manufacturing process.
- Maintenance Activities: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of machinery.
