Key Responsibilities:
• Exhibit thorough understanding of Operational areas' current processes and procedures and network with them continually.
• Research imbalances timely on multiple products and take action to resolve discrepancies while determining root causes.
• Collaborate with external strategic partners and internal Operations areas to aid in issue resolution and recommend process improvements.
• Apply sound judgment when approving transactions and research escalates issues appropriately, evaluating financial and operational impact before making decisions.
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree and minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is required.
