This role involves conducting audits of multiple HRS products to identify imbalances and ensure they are handled appropriately. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of various HRS products and systems, as well as operational areas' current processes and procedures. They will research imbalances timely, take action to resolve discrepancies, and determine the root cause of the imbalance.
