Nesco is looking for a team lead position in the Grove City Area for a vehicle company.
This position will be responsible for leadership, problem solving, and overall production goals for their assigned work.
Hours: 5am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday OT as needed

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and assisting personnel in the completion of daily production tasks.
- Responsible for communicating tasks and instruction to work cell personnel.
- Ensure that hazardous waste is placed into the proper container(s).
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Must be familiar with all aspects and processes of the department assigned.
- Should be able to qualify for the highest-ranking job classification within the department assigned.
- Five (5) years' experience in warehouse environment.
- Must have 2 years computer experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
- 3 years Forklift experience preferred
- Must be able to prioritize work, work independently, establish and maintain working relationships with other employees.
- Must be able to use linear and other measuring devices including but not limited to scales and gauges.
- Must have basic PC Skills and be capable of accessing the required computer information to perform the
- May be required to obtain licenses and/or certifications (i.e. Forklift cert., Welding cert., Bronze Lean cert.)
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicates simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
- Familiar with the safe operation of various tools: including but not limited to drills and screw guns.
- Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.

- Ability to regularly lift and / or move up to 40lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to work from various squatting, kneeling or bending positions.
- Ability to work with arms above head.
- Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding.
- Ability to stand at a workstation for ten hours a day (minus specified breaks.)
- Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Ability to safely use specified hand, air and power tools, and machinery.
- Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
- Required to handle and dispose of hazardous waste.
- Ability to work in noisy and dusty conditions.
