What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Nesco Resource?
Our client is an international manufacturer of automated machinery with a heavy US presence. In addition to base compensation, the Project Manager is eligible for a Target Bonus.
What the Ideal Candidate will do :
- Lead domestic and international projects through all milestone phases. Construct project timelines, monitor and manage those timelines to achieve all delivery milestones.
- Facilitate relationship between customer and the organization, strengthening relationship through the life of the project by providing exemplary customer service and communication.
- Collaborate with team members and managers as a strategic partner to monitor project progress, budget limits, project financials, risks and opportunities, and document and drive action / recovery plans as required.
- Monitor purchasing and the on-time delivery of materials and contractors.
- Organize project meetings, issue minutes, track and report project progress with team members, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in achieving company's strategic objectives by aligning resources with goals and pursuing opportunities that meet the departments' objectives.
