Quality Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. This full-time, first-shift position offers a competitive salary of $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet quality standards, including reliability, usability, and performance, in accordance with ISO standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect and test products during production to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Read and interpret production instructions, engineering designs, and documentation.
• Lead calibration and measurement device training, non-conformance evaluation, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records for inspections, rework, and waste.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Support PPAPs, First Article Inspections, and work instruction creation.

Requirements:

• Detailed oriented with expertise in quality assurance tools and inspection equipment.
• Technical certification in quality assurance preferred.
• At least 3 years of quality assurance experience, including inspection, calibration, and documentation.
