Nesco Resource has partnered with a global manufacturing organization in their search for a Recruiter for a temporary role for 6 months. This role will be fully onsite in their Central Islip, NY location.

Responsibilities:
- Focus on hiring hourly workers across operations, manufacturing, and warehouse roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates.
- Leverage platforms such as Indeed, job fairs, college hiring events, and alternative sourcing methods.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for hourly manufacturing worker roles.
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
