Job Title : Sales Coordinator III
100% onsite at Keene, NH Facility
M-F, typically 8-5, some OT may be required

Required skills / experience :
- Bachelors in Business Administration or related field is a hard requirement!
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience including handling of customer Purchase Orders / Contracts, preferably in manufacturing environment

Summary :
Takes orders from customers and representatives.
Responsibilities include : quoting prices, inventory levels, and delivery dates.
Maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares status reports.
Position acts as a liaison between customer and business in expedition orders.
Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.

Hours of work / work schedule / flex-time : 40 hours – Requires some flexibility / overtime when required based on load.
Required Education : Bachelor in Business Administration or similar.
Preferred : Customer Service experience or Sales experience in a manufacturing environment.
