Knowledge of:
Understand and follow verbal/written instructions. Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Operate office and computer equipment proficiently. Work cooperatively with staff and the public. Exercise independent judgment and prioritize tasks. Learn job functions through hands-on training. Sit for extended periods and move light materials ( Supervise and train other clerical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, and format.
- Coordinate office tasks and workflow independently.
- Manage physical and digital filing systems.
- Type correspondence and reports from drafts, notes, or audio recordings.
- Review and reconcile records for accuracy and completeness.
- Operate standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines, etc.).
- Monitor and check clerical work for accuracy and compliance.
- Answer routine inquiries in person or by phone; resolve common issues.
- Relay instructions from supervisors and manage routine administrative details.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare documentation for distribution.
- Train and supervise secretarial or clerical team members.
- Compose professional correspondence using standard business formats.
- Maintain manuals and office reference materials.
- Serve as representative for management in various communications and interactions.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with integrity and efficiency.
Knowledge of:
- Modern office procedures and equipment.
- Business English, grammar, and writing standards.
- Customer service principles.
- Basic math and record-keeping.
- Common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, calendars, etc.).
- At least three years of progressively responsible secretarial experience.
- Proficiency in typing and using modern office software and equipment.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
