Main responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including data compilation and report preparation.
- Working closely with operations to develop proposal packages, manage client communication, and establish project timelines.
- Contributing to marketing initiatives by designing new campaigns and conducting market research.
- Overseeing general office duties, such as purchasing, phone management, and event preparation.
- Participating in special projects assigned by Finance, Engineering, and/or Sales teams.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience working in an office, services, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in ERP or CRM systems a plus.
