Nesco Resource is seeking a TA Specialist to join our client's team on a 6-month assignment!
Pay Rate : $30 / hour
Location : Rochester, NY (Hybrid Schedule : 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly)
Responsibilities :
- Maintain continuous resume flow for recruiting and selecting highly qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential hires.
- Ensure positions are posted internally and externally to attract a qualified candidate pool.
- Act as a liaison with sourcing contacts and external agencies.
- Place advertisements with vendors, ensuring compliance with federal / state guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in recruiting programs and establish strong relationships with outreach recruiting programs, placement offices, and agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
- Conduct reference checks and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
- Oversee new hire orientations, supervisor onboarding calls, and re-recruiting calls.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess recruiting effectiveness and resolve staffing challenges.
