Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of site improvement projects (Lean & Six Sigma) to fulfill strategic objectives.
- Leading the Business Unit's continuous improvement through the planning and implementation of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across the site.
Requirements:
- 5 years leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing Problem-Solving Structures/Process.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified.
