Warehouse Associate

Location: Mineral Ridge, OH

Hours: 6:00am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime pay for any hours over 8 hours in a day. Saturday half-day work available occasionally.)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately counting incoming and outgoing corrugated boxes to ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Properly stacking corrugated boxes according to specified stacking patterns or instructions provided by supervisors.
• Inspecting boxes for any defects or damage and reporting issues to supervisors for resolution.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and colleagues.
• Keeping the work area clean and organized, including removing debris and maintaining orderly stacks of boxes.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet production goals.
• Recording relevant data such as box counts, production output, and any incidents or issues encountered during the shift.
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including corrugated boxes weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Basic math skills for counting and recording inventory.
• Being adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as required by production demands or unforeseen circumstances.
