Welder (weekend shift)

Nesco Resource, a 14 time winner of the Best in Staffing Award, is looking for entry level and experienced welders (MIG and TIG) for a 1 st shift opportunity for a reputable West side, employee owned business with over 80 years of stability and a great benefits package.

Title : Mig welder

Shift : 1 st Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm (paid for 40 hours)

Salary $19-$38 based on experience and weld test

Location : Berea

SUMMARY :

The Complex Welder is responsible for executing advanced welding tasks on a variety of metals, such as stainless steel, nickel alloy, and more. The role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of diverse welding techniques in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Skilled in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding processes.
• Can handle traditional projects and execute most fit-ups as per company's requirements.
• Proficient in advanced blueprint reading and interpretation of welding symbols.
• Operates independently on a routine basis, with reliable judgment.
• Ensures tasks are completed within the specified timeframes.
