Role Overview
Accounts Receivable Associate position is to be of assistance in performing Accounts Receivable functions such as: invoicing, data input, and generating reports for NEST clients and other departments internally. An Accounts Receivable Associate will be known for their dynamic and pioneering approach and ability to contribute to client relations.
This position is ideal for a self-starter with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team and as an individual contributor to achieve a high level of productivity. Due to the customized nature of the invoicing process, this position encourages highly detail-oriented behaviors with the use of good time management and communication skills. The position frequently collaborates with the Operational departments to ensure accurate customer invoicing.

Role Specifics
More specifically, your key job tasks will be to:
Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following:
- Manages/promotes profitability awareness.
- Works well in multi-management team support environment.
- Interact with other departments in a professional manner by proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships.
- Compose correspondences.
- Interact with both internal and external customers – members of the NEST network including associates, ISPs, and clients.
- Maintain client satisfaction by responding to problems quickly through investigation and resolution.
- Analysis of Completed Not Billed Report and processing any billable services that have been completed and are ready for the invoicing process.
- Carry out billing and reporting activities in accordance with assigned deadlines according to the customer’s requirements
- Elimination of short payments and credit memo’s due to submission of accurate invoicing.
- Ensure all paperwork received is entered within the time parameters defined by NEST processes.
- Ensure that backup to the invoices are within customer requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of all rules pertinent to each customer invoice.
- Manages the accounts payable function within the organization’s established policies.
- Reviews invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Work to meet weekly revenue projections by ensuring that invoices have the proper documentation and are billed through the system.
- Client invoice disputes.
- Invoice status changes.
