We are looking for you,
Dispatch Coordinator,
to join the Renewables Products team in Hutchinson, MN. Neste’s regional headquarters in North America is based in Houston, Texas.
In this role, you will work closely with external stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, storage terminals, inspectors, agents, and other service providers, as well as internal stakeholders in commercial operations, trading, logistics, projects, and external communication roles.

Your role in our team
Supporting your team’s daily activities by ensuring the effective execution of commercial, service, and terminal contracts, streamlining processes, and driving optimal outcomes.
Acting as a forerunner in your team by planning and implementing changes, fostering team spirit, and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
Collaborating with external stakeholders to maintain excellent contract performance, ensuring high levels of customer and supplier satisfaction.
Driving Neste’s financial and sustainability targets by executing operational activities professionally, efficiently, and on time.
Keys to success in this role
Dispatching and communicating effectively with internal and external truck drivers.
Managing product inventory and ensuring accurate records.
Communicating professionally with suppliers and customers, maintaining strong relationships.
Utilizing Excel spreadsheets proficiently for reporting and operational tasks.
Being responsive and attentive to calls during work hours and when required after hours
Adapting to change, staying organized, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Developing a strong understanding of the commodities we trade and transport.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with drivers and third-party carriers.
