Factory Manager
As a Factory Manager, you will oversee plant operations, driving improvements in products, processes, and cost savings. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the plant's strategy and goals, ensuring operational success, and fostering a high-performing organization.
You will work closely with various Nestlé teams, fostering a culture of shared success and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex dynamics and create positive connections will be crucial for our success.
Responsibilities:
- Plant operations management, performance improvement, and cost savings
- Ensuring operational success aligned with the strategic plan
- Collaborating with site leadership to drive operational results and achieve key performance indicators
- Fostering a high-performing organization through excellence systems implementation and improvement
- Providing coaching to plant leadership team members, floor leaders, and operating associates
- Building an effective leadership team with a sense of urgency and cross-functional collaboration
- Cultivating a culture of ownership, trust, openness, and consistent superior results
Requirements:
- 8 years of management experience, preferably in CPG, consumer health, or pharma industries
- Management experience at a facility-wide level for a medium-sized facility or within a large facility is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, engineering is preferred
- Technical background, academic credentials, and professional experience
- Superior working knowledge of TPM, OEE, and Lean, and the ability to utilize these tools
- Significant contribution to tactical and strategic initiatives, such as capital programs and cost savings
- Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale change, strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication

The approximate pay range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location.
