Position Summary
As an Expert, IT Business Systems, you have a deep understanding of the opportunities and issues within the finance function and advise on the best system solutions within SAP FI. Translating business strategy into IT product requirements, you’re the link between IT and our business customer. You will define needs and specify, test and deploy IT solutions.
- Supports Products/Product Group Managers, Regional Leads, and Business Relationship Managers in strategy development through product improvement
- Provide specialist consultancy, guidance, and support in specific technologies based on subject expertise
- Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications
- Ensure training material for the Product Group area are documented while overseeing the delivery of training to end users, deployment, and support teams
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of third level sustain
- Facilitate business scenarios and use cases for product mix, including product introduction, specification, and change management to maximize adoption/value
- Coach, motivate, and direct employees from various organizations (business and IT) to understand business needs and find solutions aligning with customer objectives and IT strategies
- Identify security and compliance requirements including roles associated with the business process and ensure their consideration in solution design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in business analysis in a relevant functional area in SAP FI (e.g. General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Taxes, Treasury, T&E, Banking, etc.)
- 2 years of experience working with Tax software (Vertex, OneSource), Order to Cash, Source to Pay, E-Commerce integration, etc.
- 2 years of experience in Project Management
Other
- Experience working with Cloud / 3rd Party Financial solutions (Blackline, Alteryx) is preferred
- 10% Travel Required

The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
