IT Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business teams to identify and analyze business needs, ensuring IT solutions align with organizational goals
- Conduct requirements gathering and translate business requirements into technical application requirements
- Assess business processes and recommend improvements through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
- Research and document relationships between application components, including users, processes, data, and devices
- Support system development and implementation, working within established procedures with moderate supervision
- Provide guidance or leadership to other associates as needed
