As the Talent Management Specialist, you’ll ensure smooth companywide Talent & Performance Management. You will help provide training, troubleshoot issues, analyze HR processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations. With audits, training programs, and engaging communications, you’ll drive efficiency and success in Talent & Performance Management.
- Provide support on companywide Talent & Performance Management systems and processes including training and general associate support for both headquarters and factories
- Partner with HRBPs to drive the Talent & Performance process
- Develop the documentation and training materials for the talent and performance management system and processes
- Analyze and troubleshoot system problems and issues in a timely manner and proactively seeks ways to eliminate and reduce future issues and trends
- Provide talent and performance data for the Market, Zone and Global headquarters
- Manage and conduct any necessary audits of the system or process
- Deliver quality-training programs and group facilitation as required in support of the Talent & Performance Management process
- Develop communications and marketing materials to increase the awareness, participation and engagement of associates of the Talent & Performance Management process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business or other related field
- 1 years of experience in talent management, organizational development or related space in a corporate environment
Other
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerApps and Performance Management Systems, ideally SuccessFactors
The approximate pay range for this position is $67,000 to $94,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
