You will identify and resolve payroll errors, assist with production costing, and perform various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all pay period payroll functions and related analysis
- Reconcile general ledger journal entries and analyze payroll processing for variances
- Coordinate with team leads to address timekeeping matters
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with invoices and accounts payables
- Verify accuracy of purchase orders and ensure proper inventory levels and payments are processed
- Organize team meetings, travel, and provide clerical and customer support
- Perform period-end activities, including accruals and reporting
- Utilize Microsoft Office products and enterprise resource planning software
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of experience in accounting, inventory, payroll, and/or administrative support in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
