We are currently hiring an intern to join our Finance team for the Summer of 2024 for a 10-week internship starting on June 10th. This intern will support the financial team by developing operational reports focusing on key indicators that can support diverse teams understand the performance of their respective areas. This includes data download and analysis, report automation within Power BI or similar tool and process definition on how to maximize its benefits.
Mid Point Goal:
- Review current process on specific financial area and identify opportunities on data management and reporting. Determine leading and lagging indicators. Propose report design and implementation. Share with related areas to gather input and buy-in.
Final Deliverable:
- Deliver financial reports with key leading and lagging indicators, recommending frequency of reporting and analysis, as well as sharing and discussing with the respective area.
Location
- This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Education Requirements:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other related field is required
- Graphic design or in a parallel field such as market research, academic research, UX design, etc.
- Degree completed by June 2025 or June 2026
- Preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

The approximate target compensation for this role is $27. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
