Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Support:
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution of event requirements.
- Support the creation of detailed event timelines and task lists.

Client Interaction:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on event progress.
- Assist in conducting site visits and client meetings as needed.

Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and organize event materials, contracts, and permits.
