We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager for the Emergency Room to join our team in Salem, VA . Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ER in the absence of the Director, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care delivery.
• Plan, allocate, and manage staffing resources based on workload and patient needs.
• Develop, review, and revise unit standards and policies to maintain optimal care standards.
• Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for ER staff.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations, training, and ensure compliance with licensure and competencies.
• Facilitate the orientation of new employees, students, and volunteers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Diploma or higher), current RN license in Virginia (or multi-state compact license with eligibility to practice in VA).

BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program.

Previous

ER Management experience.

Compensation

42.55 - $58.03, based on experience.

Up to $1500 available.
