We are seeking a Program Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileTrail Records Management, Regulatory Business Analysis, and FileTrail Integrations.
This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and ensure seamless integration of FileTrail solutions.
The role is day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of FileTrail Records Management projects - Oversee the integration of FileTrail solutions with existing systems
- Provide expert analysis on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team
Qualifications:

- Configure, install, and maintain Records Management modules.
- Implement custom SQL queries, scripts, and stored procedures to enhance functionality
