Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and implementation of FileTrail Records Management projects.
- Oversee the integration of FileTrail solutions with existing systems.
- Provide expert analysis on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports - Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues - Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
