Position: Manager of Women’s Services
We are seeking a Manager of Women’s Services to lead the Labor & Delivery (LDRP) and Antenatal units at a busy healthcare facility. You’ll oversee 50-60 staff members, including RNs, Clinical Nurse Coordinators, and support staff, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The role involves driving operational efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and staffing for LDRP and Antenatal units.
- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Lead staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of leadership experience in Labor & Delivery (Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager).
- 3-5 years of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery.
- RN with an Associate Degree (BSN preferred).
- BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation certifications required.
