Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a large team of L&D nurses, ensuring clinical excellence and optimal patient outcomes
- Implement and maintain evidence-based clinical practices to enhance maternal and infant safety
- Drive quality improvements through data analysis and performance metrics
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal unit efficiency
- Foster a culture of excellence in patient experience and staff engagement

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license and Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- 2-3 years of leadership experience as Charge RN, Supervisor, or Manager in L&D
- 3-5 years of acute hospital nursing experience in Labor & Delivery
- Current BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of employment)
- Neonatal Resuscitation certification (or obtained within 60 days of employment)
- Strong clinical acumen in maternal and fetal care
- Excellence in team leadership and staff development
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
