Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and robust architectures for enterprise applications.
  • Oversee the administration of WebSphere Application Server (WAS) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expertise in MQ administration to ensure seamless messaging and communication between systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to continuously improve system architectures.
