Job Summary.
Job Description :
- Lead technical resources for NICE CXone implementations (NICE IS A MUST)
- Create technical documentation for detailed designs as per the business requirements.
- Ownership and responsibility for E2E design of the CCaaS architecture including, Routing strategy, ACD and IVR design, API and data integrations and AI Solutions
- Design and maintain reusable code libraries.
- Advise on testing strategy and provide input into test plans.
- Responsible for estimating and overseeing technical efforts for all phases of the project.
