We are looking for a skilled Power Electronics Validation Manager to lead our team in designing, validating, and verifying electric drive systems and components.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-level validation plans, communicating progress in gateway reviews, and ensuring quality approval of FMEA/DVP&R. You will also participate in or plan simulation and test collaboration workshops, assess and plan work to mitigate risks in NTI and NPI programs, and provide technical guidance and capture lessons learned.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMEA & DVP&R processes, NPI issue resolution, and product development. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate teams through complex assignments.
