We are searching for an experienced Validation and Verification Expert for Power Electronics to join our team at Net2Source Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and verifying electric drive systems and components.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMEA & DVP&R processes, NPI issue resolution, and product development. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate teams through complex assignments.
In this role, you will create high-level validation plans, communicate progress in gateway reviews, and ensure quality approval of FMEA/DVP&R. You will also participate in or plan simulation and test collaboration workshops and assess and plan work to mitigate risks in NTI and NPI programs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 9 years of experience in product development (design, validation/test, or analysis)
