Role : Sr. Cloud Presales Solutions - GCPHire Type : Fulltime - Permanent Fully Remote - Only EST coast (especially NY, NJ candidates)Candidate should travel to NJ, clients office for in-person discussion, once his / her resume get shortlisted - Travel cost will cover by client.Candidates should travel whenever Virtusa needs them for onsite meetings - Travel cost will be covered by client.Job Description : Must have experience in Presales, RPF, SOW (Consulting companies background) 1. Overall 15 yrs experience with 5 experience utilizing Google Cloud Platform Services to process and manage data from various sources through multiple ingestions patterns - streaming, APIs, files, batch integration from streaming and file based sources2. Design and implement MVP / Pilot GCP cloud solutions, create solution architecture document covering deep technical aspects of the implementation3. Lead presales activities including RFP processing, solution development and coordinating with multiple teams involved in the pursuit4. Experience in creating GCP solution offerings roadmap for the organization5. Experience building a real-time Event Data collection and storage platform to support high throughput data collection and storage platform6. Performed historical data load to Cloud Storage using Hadoop utilities and load to BigQuery using BQ tools7. Experience using GCP services - Dataflow, BigQuery, Dataproc, AVRO8. Database modeling in BigQuery for reporting and experience in any of the Visualization tools9. Experience in spark to process data from files, hive tables and process using Dataproc10. Designed and developed Dataflow streaming from Kafka topics11. Knowledgeable in domain driven architecture and polyglot development12. Knowledgeable in Data Quality and Data Governance on the Data platform along with the tools used for the same13. Experience in creating estimations for data solution implementation14.
