What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with NetBrain’s vision and goals.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content creation, and online advertising.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements to boost ROI.
- Enhance the user experience of the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing strategies that support sales and product initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure NetBrain remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify our marketing efforts.
You Have…
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8 years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a successful track record in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present ideas in a compelling and engaging manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or IT-related marketing a plus.
What We Offer
Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company.
For this role, the estimated on-target earnings range is between $165,000 - $205,000 Bonus & Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
