NetCentrics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our government customer at the Global Service Center (J6) under the operational control of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located in Arlington, VA. This role is critical in overseeing IT services and solutions provided to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) 4th Estate offices. The Lead Program Manager shall be fully authorized to direct and supervise day-to-day activities of the contractor personnel needed to meet the contract requirements.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the designated Lead Program Manager for the contract, responsible for technical and management oversight.
- Manage and oversee contract deliverables and reporting in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of contractor personnel to ensure contractual objectives are met.
- Provide consistent communication and coordination with Government leadership.
- Lead planning, execution, and management of service delivery or sales efforts within an organization comparable in size and scope to JSP.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, ITSM best practices, and mission requirements related to information management operations.
- Manage and supervise diverse teams across multiple labor categories and technical skill sets.
- Drive performance in a DoD IT environment, with an emphasis on performance-based contracts.
- Maintain knowledge and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in an IT-related field).
- Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience as a program manager preferably in a DoD or Federal IT environment.
- Security Clearance: Active DoD-sponsored Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Certifications: PMP certification (preferred)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively—both orally and in writing—particularly with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, ITSM frameworks, and best practices for service delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing teams and delivering on complex, large-scale contracts.
- Familiarity with FAR and performance-based contracting in the federal space.
- Experience leading and managing service delivery (SD) or sales efforts in a similar-sized organization to JSP.
- Proven success in supervising and managing teams of various skill levels and labor categories.
- Familiarity with industry standards related to Service Delivery (SD) operations and mission execution.
- Prior experience in a DoD IT environment with an understanding of federal regulations and compliance.
- Experience managing performance-based contracts and a solid understanding of FAR regulations.
