This senior-level role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in payroll and HCM sales. As a Senior Field Representative, you will adopt a consultative approach, spearheading client acquisition efforts in untapped markets, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers, and consistently exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and refine sales strategies targeting businesses needing payroll, HCM, and benefits management solutions. Identify growth opportunities through market research.
- New Client Acquisition : Build strong relationships with C-suite executives, acting as a trusted advisor to position Netchex solutions effectively.
- Territory Management : Manage and expand large territories, maximizing growth in new and undeserved markets.
