What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Director of Product Design to bring NetDocuments' vision for a next-generation platform experience to life. As a pivotal figure in product design at NetDocuments, you will have the opportunity be bold in shaping the future direction of the platform experience. In this key role, you will inspire and empower a team of designers to deliver an outstanding user experience that drives better outcomes for customers and partners. Your responsibilities will involve developing and promoting a vision that cultivates engagement and excitement across the organization while working closely with product management and engineering teams to shape the future of our legal document management system (DMS).
You Will
The compensation range for this position is: $180,000 - $210,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations

What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Director of Product Design to bring NetDocuments' vision for a next-generation platform experience to life. As a pivotal figure in product design at NetDocuments, you will have the opportunity be bold in shaping the future direction of the platform experience. Your responsibilities will involve developing and promoting a vision that cultivates engagement and excitement across the organization while working closely with product management and engineering teams to shape the future of our legal document management system (DMS).
You Will
- Shape product strategy for our next generation platform initiative in collaboration with the product, engineering, and business teams
- Lead, manage and mentor a small team of talented designers while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for creativity and innovation. Support their growth through development planning, performance management, collaborative work, and real-time design feedback and coaching
- Influence and oversee the end-to-end product design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and consistent user experiences aligned with our design system
- Champion design-led OKRs and provide a north-star for the design team to rally around
- Evolve and mature our design system
- Establish and improve design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the design organization, and in how design works with other functions
- At least 10 years of experience in design with a focus on digital products and 3 years of supervisory experience, leading a full design team or individuals working across multiple products
- Compelling digital portfolio showcasing your design leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive projects across teams from concept to delivery
- Demonstrated success collaborating with product and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences delivering strong business outcomes
- Solid product thinker, with well-developed product judgment and design taste, and an ability to consistently guide teams toward great UX
- Proven track-record of helping others develop their craft and grow in their product design careers
