As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are seeking an energetic individual to support our VP, Head of Global HR Operations, and collaborate on business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead strategic projects and initiatives across the People team, establishing and maintaining the operational rhythms of the organization. Improving communication and managing changes in strategic programs and projects within the People organization are top priorities. Driving transformative programs across the People team and with key stakeholders will shape the future of our People organization.
Success in this role demands someone who thrives in times of ambiguity, is energized by fast-paced decision making and execution, and can move a team forward through high degrees of challenge or change. This role reports to the VP, Head of Global HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with the VP, Head of Global HR Operations, to build the strategy for the organization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including change management strategies and execution, to implement new or enhanced projects and programs.
- Identify and operationalize the organization's operating rhythms, including quarterly business reviews, budget planning, headcount management, and town halls.
- Collaborate with People Leadership and Finance teams to manage headcount and budget across the organization.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure successful conversations, driving thought leadership and connection.
- Ensure strategic projects are managed end-to-end, minimizing risks.
- Proactively monitor and track employee experience activities against milestones and metrics, escalating issues as required.
- Liaise with various functional groups to ensure thoughtful execution of change management.
- Draft and send invites, and craft presentation materials that authentically highlight the business strategy.
- Closely partner with the VP, Head of Global HR Operations, on other projects as needed.
