Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and articulate Sales Operations Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes through the use of our products and services. This role entails working with customers to create orders, scheduling our Deployment Team for installations and updating Salesforce and Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with customers to place their orders, handle complaints and service calls and schedule installations and maintenance calls.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and track deployments. Track milestones and timelines to ensure on-time execution.
  • Coordinate customer kickoff meetings and ongoing project update meetings, sending meeting minutes and assigning tasks to resources in our project management system.
  • Create, review and publish key performance reports and confirm their accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer and supplier communications and ensure that action items are properly noted, documented and assigned to resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Coordinate and monitor any required system maintenance and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports on the progress of deployments to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deployments, maintenance schedules, and customer interactions.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
